The Real Warranty
A warranty really starts with the quality of what you are buying. The idea is NOT to have to use a warranty. Do people buy Hondas and Toyotas for their great warranty, or do they buy them because they rarely have to use the warranty? Reputations are made from performance, reliability and durability, not empty promises. Before you buy something, check into it, research it; find out how it’s made. Is it designed to handle the job you have it intended for?
Audioque products are built without compromise in the quality of parts we use. We’ll pay 10 times the amount if necessary. We believe in making the products right in the first place.
There is nothing in life for free, warranties are not free, and the cost is added into the selling price. Some companies just have to add in a lot more cost since they pay virtually nothing for the product.
We would rather be honest and up front. If you smoke a product and it is not due to a defect, you’ll pay a reasonable amount to have it rebuilt like new. We don’t make disposable products. We promise you that we’ll make every effort to make it as hard as possible for you to break it. We can also assure you that if someone is able to overdrive one of our products, they were having a good time doing it.
2 YEAR WARRANTY COVERAGE
In the event that an Audioque subwoofer fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll stand behind our product and fix or replace it free of charge for a time period of TWO(2) years from the date of purchase.
Burnt or open coils are not covered under warranty. Customer abuse or competition use and power in excess of rating not covered under warranty. Amplifiers used in competition or run below rated ohm loads or voltage are not covered.

(COVERS ONLY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND IS NOT TRANSFERABLE)
WARRANTY RETURNS OR SERVICE WORK MUST HAVE AN RA# (RETURN AUTHORIZATION) AND RA FORM FILLED OUT. SHIPMENTS WITHOUT RA# WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT OUR REPAIR FACILITY.
